Does a Level 2 charger work with all EVs?

Yes. All battery-electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids sold in North America (except Tesla prior to the new NACS adoption) use the SAE J1772 connector for Level 2 AC charging. Tesla vehicles use a proprietary connector but come with a J1772 adapter. New vehicles are increasingly adopting the NACS (North American Charging Standard) connector.
